Advertising M&A are pleased to announce the majority acquisition of Irish digital marketing firm Ebow for our client Prosper².
Prosper² (Prosper Squared) is a membership-based business club in the UK that provides in-house services to its more than 2,000 members from corporate travel and business concierge services to business intelligence tools and advice. It also provides members with access to its rewards and loyalty systems for their customers and employees.

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announces the acquisition of ROI DNA, Inc (ROI DNA), a strategic B2B sales and marketing agency. Continuing Enero’s growth strategy and focus on creating a global portfolio of complementary brands and services, ROI DNA will become part of the Hotwire Group to advance the consultancy’s network of global businesses. Indie advertising agency Creature has been acquired by Dutch marketing group Candid.
Candid Group’s chief executive Rudiger Wanck said: “Our goal is to empower strong individual specialist agencies like Creature and enable them to scale and collaborate without the distraction of the layers within a traditional holding company.”.

The MISSION Group acquires Livity
MISSION Group have acquired youth marketing Agency Livity after over 20 years as an independent.
Based in Brixton, South London but working globally for brands, Livity is the market leader in its space with over 20 years’ experience. It works with leading brands to help them understand youth culture and enable them to engage with the next generation with purpose. Its Clients include Nike, Google, Media Smart, Footlocker, YouTube, Speedo, NPSCC Childline, Dr. Martens and more.

Connelly Partners acquires Zoo Digital
The deal will see Connelly Partners increase its headcount in Ireland to 45 people, with plans to add a further 20% to its workforce there in the year ahead.
Connelly Partners, which also has offices in Boston and Vancouver, said the deal allows the agency to “provide a global perspective while delivering the local expertise needed based on clients’ needs, to maximise efficiencies and knowledge sharing via integrated teams that work across offices.

Candid acquires UK-based Brand Potential
With this acquisition, Candid is taking its first step to grow their marketing services platform in the United Kingdom.
Candid has announced that Brand Potential – a UK brand consultancy – is joining the Candid platform. The founders of Brand Potential Mary Say, Tom Lovett, and Chris Molloy will join the platform as partners of Candid and will continue to fulfil the role of the management and growth of Brand Potential. With this newest expansion, Candid is taking its first step in the internationalization of the platform.
