Enero Group acquires ROI DNA
Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announces the acquisition of ROI DNA, Inc (ROI DNA), a strategic B2B sales and marketing agency. Continuing Enero’s growth strategy and focus on creating a global portfolio of complementary brands and services, ROI DNA will become part of the Hotwire Group to advance the consultancy’s network of global businesses. ROI DNA has 135 employees bringing the combined Hotwire team to more than 500 employees and 14 offices around the world.

The acquisition of ROI DNA will complement Hotwire’s 2021 acquisition of McDonald Butler Associates and provide access to Hotwire’s ‘Reputation to Revenue’ offering across the UK & Europe, United States and APAC.

Digital agency Positive has joined the Candid Platform. Julian Reiter, Positive’s CEO, joins as a partner of the Candid platform and will continue to lead Positive. CANDID acquires Creature
Indie advertising agency Creature has been acquired by Dutch marketing group Candid.
Candid Group’s chief executive Rudiger Wanck said: “Our goal is to empower strong individual specialist agencies like Creature and enable them to scale and collaborate without the distraction of the layers within a traditional holding company.”.
XXS, a Dutch agency owned by Candid, will be rebranded as Creature Amsterdam.

Connelly Partners acquires Zoo Digital
The deal will see Connelly Partners increase its headcount in Ireland to 45 people, with plans to add a further 20% to its workforce there in the year ahead.
