Prosper² (Prosper Squared) is a membership-based business club in the UK that provides in-house services to its more than 2,000 members from corporate travel and business concierge services to business intelligence tools and advice. It also provides members with access to its rewards and loyalty systems for their customers and employees.

Enero Group Limited (ASX: EGG) today announces the acquisition of ROI DNA, Inc (ROI DNA), a strategic B2B sales and marketing agency. Continuing Enero’s growth strategy and focus on creating a global portfolio of complementary brands and services, ROI DNA will become part of the Hotwire Group to advance the consultancy’s network of global businesses. ROI DNA has 135 employees bringing the combined Hotwire team to more than 500 employees and 14 offices around the world.

CANDID acquires Creature
Indie advertising agency Creature has been acquired by Dutch marketing group Candid.
Candid Group’s chief executive Rudiger Wanck said: “Our goal is to empower strong individual specialist agencies like Creature and enable them to scale and collaborate without the distraction of the layers within a traditional holding company.”.
XXS, a Dutch agency owned by Candid, will be rebranded as Creature Amsterdam.
