Chris is Chairman and founder of Advertising M&A and heads up the global team of consultants, with his primary focus on new business and the US. In his time, Chris has run a fully listed UK PLC, an IPG operating co, a Top-10 advertising agency, founded two creative shops that were both Runner-Up Agency of the Year and created the No.1 media agency in the UK at the time.
Primarily responsible for the UK and US East Coast, Rick is a highly experienced digital entrepreneur who has built a number of successful digital businesses and advised FTSE 100/Fortune 500 companies. He has had personal experience of M&A during this time, setting up and selling several businesses in social, gaming, publishing and creative design & build.

Russ has been in the business for over 30 years & has worked in 3 of London’s top Creative agencies before co-founding Still Price Court with Chris Still. After selling it he moved into Film/ TV as CD of AIM-listed Winchester Entertainment & then moved back into advertising as Creative Partner Ogilvy London and Chairman of Ogilvy Caribbean.

Rob has run digital agencies since 2000, most recently as co-owner of ‘In the Company of Huskies’. He successfully exited in 2014 before joining Adv M&A to advise our clients on growth and exit strategy. He now leads the APAC and MENA regions as well as Southern UK and Ireland. Rob is also a non-exec to a number of media and e-commerce startups.
Stephen is based in Hong Kong and has had great experience running agencies there since 1994. He has excellent contacts in mainland China as well as Singapore and his strategic insights combined with his contacts will be a considerable advantage when finding and advising agencies on growth and exit’.
Sydney was our first office opened in 2001 and Rob has been our MD from the beginning. Alongside Alan Robertson the two of them know the Australian market inside out and we have completed many deals together. Sydney in many ways is a microcosm of London with its sophistication and creativity.
Dmitry’s background is from the media perspective – agencies and media. He was worked at the highest level in this capacity with a major global network and as a consequence knows many well connected companies in Moscow. His involvement with us is a coup for Advertising M&A and I’m delighted to have him on board.
Igor began his career with BBDO, the first global network on the Russian market in over 20 years, and he went from being a creative to the General Manager and Board Director of the group of 12 companies and over 700 employees. Under his leadership BBDO retained it’s leading position in the Russian market for more than a decade.
Laura has been in the marketing industry for over 15 years, working across digital, video production, experiential and live events. Most recently she was MD for Sledge Ltd and was voted number 36 in the Event Top 100 in 2015. Laura is very hands on and offers a unique approach to post merger integration strategies.
Charbel has worked all his life in the agency world here and in the US with agencies such as BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and McCann. Given the exciting future of regions like Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar we’re delighted to have someone of his stature in the centre of things in the Middle East.

Rodrigo is one of the founding fathers of the Brazilian advertising communities having started & built at least three agencies to the top 40. He knows everyone there and has agreed to join us and help build a significant presence in this major market. This completes the team and are coverage of all the key advertising markets.
Nigel has fantastic business experience in India, helping British businesses succeed for many years in one of the most exciting but culturally difficult environments. His hands-on experience running businesses in India will help Adv M&A and our clients enormously. I’m also delighted to welcome an old KS schoolmate into the group!

Beppe has worked in senior operational, commercial and procurement roles for both agency and client organisations in the marketing services, information technology, fast-moving consumer goods and business consulting sectors. In addition to strategic sourcing and relationship management Beppe’s expertise includes transformation and change management.
North of England
Michael has worked in agencies for nearly 20 years including the Omnicom agency Doremus. He moved into digital in 1999 and recently sold regional agency Fat Media where he also served as MD. He is Chair of Digital Lancashire CIC and a board member of Creative Lancashire & his responsibility at Adv M&A is for agencies in the Midlands & North of England.
Paul has 25 years experience at agency CFO level with companies such as Omnicom and Publicis. He specialises in adding value in the key areas of client profitability, management information systems, resource and capacity planning & KPI dashboards and translating those into 1- 3 year exit strategies.
Patrick advises on the sustainability sector for Advertising M&A. He heads up the Corporate Sustainability Members Group for Sustainable Brands located in San Francisco. He sits on the Board of the Super Bowl 50 Sustainability Committee and is the International Judge for the Annual Green Irish Awards.
